BRV 4: Your Body, Your Team

As a beginner runner, you’ll need to consider your lungs, bones, joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments as members of your team. Is everybody ready to start running, member of the team? Some of them are shy. They may not want you to know that they’re currently in a tenuous condition.

As a result, you must be careful not to assume your team is ready.

Let’s talk about how to take this into consideration and accommodate any parts that aren’t ready. This is one of the ways I can help you prevent injuries and keep moving forward.
