The next Walk to Run to 5K class starts January 7th, but if you pre-register for that, you’ll be enrolled in a once-monthly ‘get ready’ class in October, November, and December.

Those classes will guide you to what you can be doing even with just a few minutes a couple of times a week to prepare for success in the new year.

I’m happy to answer any questions on those calls. I call them ‘beginner dinners.’
