MFR 54: First Time Trail Racers

If you’re an enthusiastic road runner and racer, it’s inevitable that you will eventually be drawn to the trails, whether you are enticed by the accounts of friends or the challenge of less stable, sometimes more strenuous footing or the desire to spend some time with Mother Nature.In this episode, I’ll introduce you to three first time trail-runners and share their experiences. I hope, if you don’t run trails, I can motivate you to run off road, once you learn the benefits of trail running.
